The design focuses on creating inviting, light-filled spaces that balance privacy and comfort for guests. Key functional requirements include elegantly designed guest suites with en-suite baths, a welcoming double-height lounge, a multi-cuisine dining area, a conference room, landscaped outdoor sit-outs, and a rooftop terrace for gatherings. With provisions for energy-efficient systems, smart automation, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, Tamra Villa redefines guest house architecture by combining sustainability, hospitality, and sophisticated design for an elevated guest experience.

Project Concept

Tamra Villa is conceptualized as a premium guest house that harmonizes contemporary design with functional efficiency to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. Designed by our architectural team, the project emphasizes vastu-compliant planning, optimal space utilization, and seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity. The functional requirements include multiple well-appointed guest suites with en-suite bathrooms, a grand double-height lobby to create a welcoming ambiance, dedicated dining and lounge areas for social interaction, a fully equipped kitchen for catering services, conference and meeting spaces for corporate guests, landscaped gardens with open-air seating, and rooftop leisure zones for events.
