Client Requirements The Khushi Residence renovation called for a sensitive yet bold architectural response to transform a two-floor family home into a timeless modern sanctuary. The client envisioned a space that not only addressed functional living requirements but also evoked a sense of refined luxury and warmth. The design intervention prioritizes the creation of two master bedrooms, each crafted with meticulous attention to detail—offering serene, personalized retreats that balance privacy and connectivity. Aesthetic interiors take center stage, with elegant wall finishes, textured paints, and carefully chosen material palettes that reflect a contemporary yet homely character. Storage solutions have been intelligently integrated, ensuring clutter-free spaces through concealed cabinetry and bespoke wardrobes that blend seamlessly into the design narrative. A modular kitchen has been designed as the heart of the home—streamlined, efficient, and layered with soft tones and high-quality finishes. The inclusion of smart lighting systems across the residence allows effortless mood setting and energy optimization, adding to the sophistication of daily living. Curved false ceilings introduce fluidity and sculptural elegance, softening the rigid geometries of conventional spaces. Complementing these are natural drapings and custom curtains, which bring a tactile sense of comfort and a play of light and shadow throughout the day.
