Client Requirements The clients of Navya approached Naksha – The Art & Design Studio with a vision to create a contemporary mixed-use commercial building that serves as a vibrant urban destination. Their requirements focused on designing a structure that seamlessly integrates premium retail, entertainment, and dining experiences under one roof. Key expectations included expansive showroom spaces on the ground and first floors with maximum street visibility to attract high-end brands and luxury retail outlets. For the upper levels, the brief emphasized dedicated spaces for a gaming zone and multiple restaurants, designed to encourage social interaction and cater to diverse visitor groups. The clients desired an interior aesthetic that reflects sophistication and modernity, with flexible layouts, elegant finishes, and curated lighting to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the project needed to balance functionality and aesthetics, ensuring efficient circulation, accessibility, and a memorable ambiance across all floors. Sustainability and low-maintenance design solutions were also part of the brief, reflecting the client’s forward-thinking approach. Naksha translated this vision into a dynamic, future-ready mixed-use complex that stands as a landmark for shopping, leisure, and dining.

Project Concept

Navya is conceptualized as a vibrant mixed-use commercial building that redefines urban lifestyle experiences. Designed by Naksha – The Art & Design Studio, the project integrates diverse functions within a cohesive architectural language, creating a dynamic hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The ground and first floors are envisioned as premium retail showrooms with expansive glass facades, offering maximum visibility and inviting footfall. These levels are designed to cater to high-end fashion brands and lifestyle outlets, creating a luxurious shopping environment. Above, the upper three floors house a gaming zone and multiple themed restaurants, forming an energetic social space for families, young professionals, and leisure seekers. This vertical zoning ensures a smooth flow of visitors and an engaging experience across all levels.

The interior design complements the architectural vision with sleek contemporary finishes, interactive display areas, and thoughtful lighting that enhances the ambiance of both retail and recreational spaces. Navya stands as a modern landmark, embodying the perfect blend of commerce and leisure in an urban setting.
